These terms and conditions apply to all transactions between the buyer and Timesco
of London (Timesco) and override any conditions the buyer and Timesco may have otherwise,
except those confirmed by Timesco in writing. Any variations on these conditions
stipulated by any of the buyer's documents implied by statute, common law or
trade usage are inapplicable unless accepted by Timesco in writing. This transaction
will be deemed a contract of sale and governed by English law.
Account customers may request to pay by credit or debit card or charge orders to
their Timesco 30 day credit account, up to the value of their credit limit. The
option to charge orders to an existing account will only be available once set up
by Timesco. We reserve the right to withhold delivery or request prepayment if a
customer's credit account is overdue or beyond its credit limit.
All other orders require pre payment in full by credit or debit card before goods
are dispatched. The payment will be handled by our Payment Processing System for
total security and to avoid fraudulent purchases.
All prices shown exclude VAT, which will be charged on all orders at the current
rate, unless goods are to be delivered outside of the E.C., or proof of VAT exemption
is received.
All orders for delivery within the European Community (E.C.) will have VAT charged
at the current U.K. rate unless an E.C. VAT number is provided by the ordering organisation.
All orders within the U.K. will be invoiced in Pounds Sterling. All orders in all
other countries will be invoiced in Euros.
Although we make every effort to maintain prices, they may be subject to alteration
without prior notice. However, should prices vary on receipt of your order, we will
contact you to confirm your acceptance before payment is processed and your order
is despatched.
Whilst every care is taken to describe the products accurately, customers should
satisfy themselves that the product meets their requirements. Timesco reserves
the right to amend specifications on all items without prior notice. We
also reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale without prior notice.
All goods will remain the property of Timesco until paid for in full by the customer.
Title of the goods will not pass to the customer until payment has been received
in full by Timesco, until such time, Timesco reserves the right to repossess any
goods.
Unless specifically stated in our product descriptions, Timesco makes no representation
for the suitability or fitness of any goods for any particular purpose. As many
of the items we supply are for the use of qualified medical professionals,
they should only be used by trained and qualified medical professionals. Instructions
for use for any product are intended as guidance for professionally trained medical
professionals and not as training or education guides for the general public. We
accept no responsibility for harm or injury caused by goods used by trained or untrained
individuals in an unsuitable manner.
Should you be unhappy with any product it may be returned for a full refund or credit
within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions and exclusions;
- Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging.
- Goods must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit.
- Customers are responsible for delivery charges back to Timesco.
- Please ensure goods are sent by either recorded delivery or courier. We cannot
accept liability for goods lost in transit.
- Cabinets, couches and autoclaves may not be returned for credit or refund.
- Controlled drugs may not be returned for credit or refund.
- Items that are within 6 months of their expiry date may not be returned
for credit or refund.
- Orders over £250.00 (excluding VAT) may only be returned for credit or refund
with our prior written approval. If accepted back, a restocking/handling fee of
25% of the original sale price will be levied on all such returns.
To help us process returns as quickly and accurately as possible, please email our
customer services team footcare@timesco.com for advice BEFORE returning any goods. Please
also return a copy of our delivery note or invoice with the goods with an explanation
of why goods are being returned.
