After adding your products to the shopping cart and clicking ‘Proceed to Checkout’ you will be redirected to our secure payment processor’s site, where you will be asked to fill in your credit or debit card details.

We take security on our site very seriously and as an extra level of security, Timesco have also implemented the ‘Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode’ service. This security check is designed to prevent fraud on the internet, and if you have not already done so, you will be asked to sign up when you make your first purchase with us. This is an independent security check and once you have set up your password this can then be used on any other website that uses this system.

If there is a problem with the authorisation of your card we are not obliged to accept your order.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order a full refund will be made to your card.
