If you would like to return a product to us we ask that you first
ensure if the product has been used that you provide a certificate of decontamination
along with the returned item and a copy of our completed Returns Form, A copy of our
returns form is included with every delivery.
Any item returned to us without a certificate of decontamination
will be disposed of upon receipt. If your item is unused please return it to us in
its original packing and condition, with a copy of our completed returns form clearly
stating your preferred choice of action.
For advice on the disposable of single use product you should
approach your individual hospitals ‘disposal of clinical waste’ policy as this differs
from hospital to hospital.
Recommended methods of sterilisation will vary from product to
product and you should always consult the instructions for use supplied with the
product to select the correct method. If you require a duplicate copy of our product

A certificate of decontamination should be provided by your CSSD
department and must always be provided as proof that any returning item has been
cleaned and is free of any contaminated waste.
We aim to always provide a latex free selection of products,
wherever this is not possible we endeavour to state the latex content within the
product narrative.
We aim to always provide clear and accurate product illustrations
within all product literature. If however you still require sample or demonstration
product you should contact your local distributor or area representative to arrange
a visit where the product can be demonstrated to you.
Delivery will be subject to your account terms and conditions and
should always be advised on receipt of an order. Every effort will be made to meet
specific dates, for advice on urgent requirements you should always speak to your
distributor or area representative directly.
We offer a lifetime guarantee on all reusable surgical
instruments. This covers the instrument against faulty materials or manufacture. It
does not cover ‘fair wear and tear’ when returning an item under our lifetime
guarantee we pride ourselves on the importance of branding as this is the only
proof of purchase you require in order to request a replacement. Full details of

All non Timesco product will be subject to the manufacturers own
warranty period and should be advised within the products instructions for use.
